I had gained a lot of weight in the last two years because of the lockdown. With work from home and online food ordering apps being available just a click away, I had gained 15 kilograms between March 2020 and August 2021. It is now time to buckle up and start living a healthier life. I decided to first lose these extra kilograms that I have added over the last one and a half years and try to lose some extra kilos after that. But my method is a little different. I am not hitting the gym, I am not following a strict diet or anything as such but simply putting a check on what I eat. It is called a calorie deficit diet.
