Fasting is the act of abstaining from eating and drinking for a long period of a time. For example, Muslims are obliged to fast starting sunrise lasting until the sunset for the entire month of Ramadan. Fasting is also practiced by some health and fitness experts, where they abstain from eating or drinking in-between their meals. This type of fasting is best known as 'Intermittent Fasting'. I was really into Intermittent Fasting back in 2019 and I once went 14 hours without eating. It made me feel light and clear-headed. I really enjoyed it and now writing this, I wonder why I don't do it more often!
